Due to the hotel industry's diverse needs for secure electronic payments TPS supply a wide variety of countertop, wireless and integrated solutions that connect via dial-up, WiFi, GPRS, Bluetooth and Ethernet. All of these solutions conform to the latest PCI security standards.

Depending on the terminal location (i.e. front desk, restaurant, car hire, room service, etc) the software can be configured to match the needs of each department.

For example, at check-in the terminal can be configured for a pre-authorisation transaction to reserve funds on the card holder's account and on check-out a completion transaction will be used to complete the transaction. This functionality would be similar to that used in the car hire but would hugely differ from that which is used in the restaurant.

TPS can also provide solutions that integrate with MICROS-Fidelio's EPOS applications and process transactions to acquiring banks.
