To ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction, TPS provide a full repair and refurbishment service to our contracted customers. The following service is available in countries where TPS have a local office:

Repair Service

 • All returned devices are recorded on the TPS CRM system
 • Check for valid warranty
 • Check the product and fault confirmation
 • Repair the fault condition
 • Devices covered by a TPS maintenance contract that cannot be economically repaired will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.

Refurbishment Service

 • All returned devices are recorded on the TPS CRM system
 • Devices returned for refurbishment will be restored to a ‘like-new’ standard. This includes cleaning, plastic parts compliant with aesthetic standards equivalent to a newly manufactured terminal device and replacement of stickers, consumables, wires and key pads if necessary.
 • Refurbished devices are normally returned within ten (10) business days.
 • Upgrade of devices with new versions of the operating system and software.

TPS are able to offer a repair and refurbishment service in countries where we do not have a local office but services may differ from the above.
